Boyds Bay Environmental Services Pty Ltd was established in 2008 by a team of Directors that have a wealth of experience in the land development industry with a clear commitment to achieving planning outcomes that maximise the benefits for the client and stakeholders. The consulting team have vast experience in providing a range of environmental & landscape planning services throughout Queensland, New South Wales, South Australia and Fiji. We have a long history of proven capabilities within our professions. This experience has enabled us to understand and interpret the key objectives of planning strategies that are required through the various government departments. We combine well with the other project consultants as we bring specialised skills in solving the environmental, recreational, and landscape planning issues associated with land development and planning strategies. We also bring specialised and proven experience in maximising land use benefits for clients, applying sustainable planning principles, allocating rehabilitation offset capabilities and identifying increased development opportunities on land parcels with mapped planning constraints. We have a strong commitment to meeting project milestones, providing well referenced reports, coordinating with other professionals, ensuring value for money and high quality outcomes. These commitments ensure a smooth and seamless development application process and allows effective management strategies. In order to achieve our service objectives we have a demonstrated ability to interpret and combine the information from a vast range of associated professionals, which include hydrological and civil engineers, contaminated land reports, geological surveys, heritage and anthropocentric reports, ecological assessments, arboricultural reports and landscape planning requirements to achieve a fully integrated service.
